NO! I pride myself on meeting you where you are, not where I want you to be. That is one of the best parts about hiring a qualified personal trainer.
How much is personal training?
Prices range depending on the program we decide on. Prices can range from $20-$50 per session at the studio and $30-$70 per session for mobile sessions.
How long should I expect to need a trainer?
Everyone is different. It may be three months, it may be four years. Are you striving for physical change, mental change, emotional change, or all three?
How many days per week should I see you?
This will depend on your goals, how committed you are outside the gym and your availability.

My schedule is based off my clients' schedule. Therefore, every day of the week is different. The best way to schedule a session is to agree on set day(s)/time(s) that work for each week. We can also schedule sessions weekly if you have an inconsistent schedule.
