HOW TO CHOOSE?
IF YOU:
A. Have a competitive mind and find you push yourself more in a group atmosphere, small group or partner workouts may be best for you.
B. Want the most intimate session that truly revolves around you alone, one-on-one may be the best for you.

After your assessment and depending on your fitness needs I will recommend one of the three different programs!

Once you are a part of Pursuit Personal Fitness you will be added to our private Facebook group where you can share your experiences, talk about your workouts and be a part of a community of people going through a similar if not the same journey!
SCHEDULING IS EASY
We use PTMinder for scheduling and record-keeping, which is 100% guaranteed secure.
It is an online portal where you will create your own account and all your info is stored inside. This allows you to keep track of anything from progress to payments!

MOBILE TRAINING
I also offer mobile training. I will come to your home or we can meet at a local park! You do not need to bring or have any equipment, I bring everything we need.
